So I never ate deviled eggs growing up. I actually don't think I had my first one until last Christmas with my in-laws.
Scott on the other on has been craving them for a looong time.
So I got a recipe from his sister to make some, which turned out great.
But I found this spinoff and I decided to make a few of these too!
Here is what you will need:
12 eggs, 2 cups of mayo, 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon of mustard, and 4 slices of bacon.
First boil your eggs.
Then remove the shell and cut in half.
Make sure to get all the shell off.
As you can see from this picture, I may have missed a few little pieces... whoops.
Remove the yolk and mash it up in a bowl.
Then add everything besides the bacon.
Mix together and transfer back into the hollowed out egg.
Cook your bacon and then cut it up and place on top.
And that's it!
