Crispy Cheddar Chicken


I cannot believe we leave Arizona in less than two weeks! I feel like we just got here!

The next couple of meals will be me desperately trying to get rid of everything we have accumulated in our kitchen over the summer. 

Here is what you need:


3 chciken breasts, 3/4 cups of milk, 1 cup sour cream, 2 sleeves of ritz crackers, 2 cups of shredded cheese,  1 can of cream of chicken soup, 2 tablespoons of butter, salt and pepper. 

Preheat oven to 400

Cut each breast into three pieces.


Then put your milk, cheese, and crushed up ritz into three separate bowls


Then dip the chicken in milk


Then the cheese


(Press the cheese into the chicken so it sticks)

Then roll around in your crumbs and place in a baking dish.


Then repeat for all the chicken!


Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 35-45 minutes.

About 5 minutes before the chicken is ready put your cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and butter in a saucepan and stir until it is combined and hot!

When your chicken is ready, take it out, and pour sauce on top!
