Honey Bacon Wrapped Chicken


This is SO EASY and so delicious. 

We ate them so fast you know next time I will definitely be doubling... not tripling the recipe...

Here is what you will need:


1 chicken breast, bacon (as many strips as you want), 3 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard, salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 350

Cut up the chicken into cubes.


Then wrap each piece in your bacon. I ended up using one piece of bacon per piece of chicken.

I recommend doing that. Don't skimp.



Mix together your honey and mustard.



Then using a brush, coat the top of your bacon.


Put in the oven for 12 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.

Take out, flip the chicken upside down and coat the other side with the mustard.


Put them back in the oven for 12 minutes.

Or until the bacon is crispy
