If you are looking for an easy side dish to accompany your meal, look no further
Here is what you will need:
Two pounds of red potatoes, one lemon, a couple handfuls of parmesan cheese, half a stick of butter, one clove of garlic and a teaspoon of salt.
Preheat the oven to 350
First thing's first grab a potato.
Cut each in half. Then in half again. Then in half again. And... then in half again.
Once you have cut all your potatoes, put them in your baking dish and salt them to taste.
Melt down your butter. Squeeze your lemon into the bowl, then add the minced garlic.
I know not the most exciting picture you will look at today.
Pour the butter mixture over your potatoes.
Then sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover with foil and put them in the oven for 30 minutes.
Then bake for an additional 10 minutes uncovered.
They are done when the cheese is melted and the potatoes are nice and soft.
Enjoy!
